Technical strength
The R&D Department of Nujin Technology is primarily responsible for the company’s product research and development, design, engineering, on-site technical maintenance, as well as the design, fabrication, and maintenance of stamping dies. From 2015 to 2021, the department successively earned titles such as “Wenzhou City Technology R&D Center,” “Zhejiang Province Small and Medium-sized High-tech Enterprise,” “Zhejiang Province Incubator for Hidden Champions,” “High-tech Enterprise,” “Made in Zhejiang,” and “Specialized, Fine, Distinctive, and Innovative Little Giant.” The department holds dozens of patents and multiple provincial-level certificates for new products.
The Technical Department comprises three major divisions: the R&D Center, the Standardization Office, and the Mold Center. It has a total of 27 technical personnel, including 5 engineers, 9 technicians, and 13 on-site technical specialists.

Technical Performance Comparison (Tightening Torque)
Technical Performance Comparison (Clamping Force)
Clause 12.2.6 of Standard B16915.1-2014 stipulates that threaded-clamp-type terminals shall be capable of securely clamping conductors between metal surfaces. Furthermore, the screws shall be tightened to a torque corresponding to two-thirds of the maximum torque indicated on the torque wrench for the respective conductor, after which a tensile force as specified in the table below shall be applied to each conductor for 1 minute. During this period, the conductors must not exhibit any noticeable movement within the terminal.
Technical Performance Comparison (Corrosion Resistance)
Clause 12.2.4 of GB16915.1-2014 stipulates that threaded-clamp terminals shall be corrosion-resistant; clause 12.2.10 stipulates that screw-clamp terminals shall have a corrosion resistance performance no lower than that of brass or other metals.
With the aim of enhancing product performance and user experience, we propose adding new core technical indicators or requirements, as detailed below:
