Zhejiang Nuojin Electric Co., Ltd. is an intelligent, modern, high-tech enterprise that specializes in the design, R&D, production, and sales of various wall switches, saddle-type terminal blocks, and automotive fasteners.
Yueqing Nuojin Electric Co., Ltd. was established in 2007 and is located on Wei Er Road in the Leqing Economic Development Zone—the “Electric Appliance Capital of China.” To the east, it is adjacent to Wenzhou Longwan International Airport, a 35-minute drive away; to the north, it is just 10 minutes from National Highway 104 and the Shenhai Expressway; and it lies more than 17 kilometers from Leqing Railway Station. With convenient and well-developed transportation links, the company enjoys unparalleled geographical advantages.
The company currently operates a production facility covering 65,000 square meters and employs approximately 700 people. Among them: technical personnel account for 10%; quality control personnel account for 10%; management personnel account for 10%; and those directly involved in production account for 70%. The company boasts strong R&D capabilities, with professional technical staff comprising 15% of the total workforce. It is equipped with over 200 pieces of machinery and auxiliary equipment, including high-speed punching machines, fully automatic robotic injection molding machines, automatic tapping machines, continuous heat treatment mesh belt furnaces, fully automated assembly lines for wall switches, fully automatic VGA image inspection lines,
cold heading machines, thread rolling machines, and fully automatic barrel plating lines, as well as other supporting equipment and testing instruments. The company has successively obtained certifications under ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO17025, IATF16949, CCC, CE, and the National Level 3 Safety Production Management System. It has also been granted more than ten invention patents and over one hundred utility model and design patents. Additionally, the company has received numerous honors and certificates, including “Zhejiang Province’s Cultivation Enterprise for Hidden Champions,” “National High-Tech Enterprise,” “Leqing Municipal Enterprise Technology Center,” “Wenzhou City Enterprise Technology Research and Development Center,” “Provincial Small and Medium-Sized High-Tech Enterprise,” “Zhejiang Manufacturing Group Standard for Threaded Clamp-Type Terminal Blocks,” “Made in Zhejiang,” “Specialized, Fine, and New ‘Little Giant’ Enterprise,” and “Provincial New Product.” Meanwhile, the company is actively implementing projects such as the “Excellence Performance System,” the “Zhejiang Province Technology R&D Center,” and the “Nujin Information Management System.” The company has established cooperative relationships and become strategic partners with major domestic and international electrical industry giants, including ABB, Legrand, Schneider Electric, Bull, Chint, Delixi, Hongyan, Simon, and Honeywell, earning an excellent reputation and high level of trust.
