On March 28, 2023, the “Communication Meeting on Corporate Culture Development Activities for 2023” was held in Conference Room No. 1 on the fourth floor of Nujin Electric Appliances. The meeting was organized by Hong Fen, Director of the Organizational Development Department.
At the communication meeting, everyone eagerly shared their thoughts and expressed their own views, enthusiastically discussing their expectations for the company’s cultural development and offering many valuable opinions and suggestions based on practical experience.
The Corporate Organizational Development Department has listened to the employees’ opinions and suggestions. Moving forward, in light of the company’s actual situation, it will conduct a series of analyses, develop plans, and implement initiatives for the 2023 corporate culture-building activities. We hope that through the 2023 corporate culture-building activities and communication sessions, we can further enhance the company’s people-oriented approach, demonstrate greater care and concern for our employees, and create a warm “home-like” atmosphere for them.
