The voice broadcasting system for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in the Fastener Division has successfully passed the company’s acceptance inspection. After three months of collaborative efforts among technical, equipment, and information engineers, the development of the voice broadcasting system has been completed. The project acceptance team unanimously agreed that the system has fulfilled all its construction requirements and meets the design specifications, and thus approved its acceptance.

The fault diagnosis and voice broadcasting system for this equipment comprises a central processing unit and a communication module. The input end of the communication module is connected to an information acquisition module, and an LED subtitle display is linked between the information acquisition module and the communication module. The output end of the central processing unit is connected to an audio storage module, and the output end of the audio storage module is connected to a voice amplifier module. This fault diagnosis and voice broadcasting system uses either the LED subtitle display or voice broadcasts to detect whether the equipment has a fault or needs to be inspected. The entire voice broadcasting system features a simple structure and can clearly deliver voice messages.

After the equipment fault diagnosis and voice broadcasting system is put into operation, the current operating status of the equipment can be clearly seen at a glance. This effectively reduces the inspection time required by inspectors, improves inspection efficiency, and enhances operational reliability.
