The first “Nuo Jin Cup” Vocational Skills Competition for Low- and High-Voltage Electrical Appliances and Complete Sets of Equipment—Low-Voltage Electrical Appliances and Components Assembly Workers—for 2022 has been successfully concluded.

To advance the development of our company’s skilled workforce, refine the evaluation mechanism for skilled personnel, and enhance the overall professional competence of our staff, on August 13 and August 14, our company completed the self-assessment of vocational skill levels for low- and high-voltage electrical appliances and complete sets of equipment—specifically, for low-voltage electrical appliance and component assemblers.
Our company strictly adheres to the relevant requirements set forth by the Yueqing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau regarding the certification of skill levels. We have strengthened organizational leadership, developed implementation plans, rigorously enforced assessment procedures, and enhanced process supervision, striving to ensure that the certification process is standardized, normalized, and procedural. A total of 47 assembly workers—comprising senior, intermediate, and junior levels—have registered to participate in this skill-level certification. For this vocational skills certification assessment, we specially invited three experienced instructors from Wenzhou to serve as assessment experts. During the assessment period, relevant leaders from the Yueqing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau visited our company’s practical assessment site to supervise the entire certification process.
The launch of this vocational skills certification is an important initiative by the company to vigorously promote the spirit of craftsmanship and smooth the career development pathways for skilled professionals. We will carefully summarize both our successes and areas for improvement from this experience, laying a solid foundation for the next round of independent vocational skills certification and cultivating more talent to support the company’s high-quality development.
